"STX doesn't do themselves any favors with the short description and single photo of these excellent pants, so I am going to help them out a bit. First, the belt is internal and goes all the way around. Both ends of the belt buckle allow for adjustment, so the buckle stays centered. The back of the pant legs are made of a breathable, jersey-like material. Each leg has a zipper to provide a wider leg opening. Like the RX3 pant, there is a hidden zipper around the waist that provides 1" additional length if you need it. Coming from my old pants, these are half a pound lighter, and much, much cooler. I am 6'1", 190# and the Large is spot on. The belt cinches up at my waist, and the skate lace pulls the hip pads closer to my hips. Set it and forget it. The length is perfect. I do not need the extra inch provided by the hidden zipper. Fit is great, mobility is great, breath-ability is even better, and protection is what this non-checking beer league player needs."
