This form is for requesting a warranty replacement for any  STX product.  If that is not your intent, please browse back to the previous page and select the appropriate form.

We are happy to assist in processing your warranty request. If you purchased from a retail store, the fastest way to get a replacement is to contact the dealer with whom you purchased it. Should they not be able to assist you, we are here to help. 

Please fill out the required information below including providing a copy of your receipt. Missing information will result in your warranty request being denied.

You will then receive an email from us with next steps.

IMPORTANT – We cannot approve warranty requests until we have received the product for inspection.
