The Opportunity
We wanted to build off the success of the original HD Foam and make it lighter, but without sacrificing protection.
The Idea
Normal foam stack-ups have been used in the past, but we knew there was an opportunity to reduce the weight of the pad, but not affect the level of protection.
The Results
THE NEXT GENERATION
We replaced traditional foam and hard plastic with the second generation of High Density foam to provide lightweight protection.
